Refund policy
We offer exchanges only. Refunds may be issued in select cases, strictly at our discretion.
Eligible Reasons for Exchange
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during courier handling (assessed case by case)
- Defective or faulty product
- Product showing no results (assessed case by case)
- Missing or incorrect items in your order
Time Limit for Claims All exchange or complaint requests must be raised within 48-72 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be accepted. Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is strongly preferred as supporting evidence.
Not Eligible for Exchange
- Opened, used, or tampered products (except verified defect cases)
- Products damaged due to improper storage, misuse, or not following usage guidelines
- Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity. We are not liable for individual reactions. Please perform a patch test before use.
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (may be reviewed on a case by case basis, additional shipping charges may apply)
- Products showing signs of alteration or unauthorized use
Exchange Process In some cases, the original product must be returned and inspected before a replacement is issued.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the issue is verified as our error.
Important Notes
- Exchange requests are only valid for the original purchaser and are non-transferable
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet our policy conditions or appears fraudulent
- All decisions regarding exchanges and refunds are final and at our discretion
