2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice
  • Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the actual product
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion
  • Cosmetics and skincare results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any product

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once you receive an official confirmation from us
  • We accept Bank Transfer (Advance Payment) as our preferred method, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • For COD orders, payment is due at the time of delivery
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders

Customer Cancellations Orders may be cancelled by the customer before dispatch only. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.

4. COD Policy & Blacklisting

COD is a privilege, not a right. If a customer refuses a delivery without a valid reason, their account will be flagged and all future orders will require advance payment before dispatch. Repeated fraudulent or fake orders may result in a permanent ban from our store.

5. Shipping

All shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined there.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All exchanges and complaints are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined there.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

  • We may offer promotional discounts or coupon codes from time to time. These are issued at our discretion and governed by their own terms. Unless stated otherwise:
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers
  • We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any promotion at any time without notice
  • Abuse of promotional offers may result in order cancellation or account suspension

8. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new product. We are not liable for individual allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or adverse effects resulting from product use. It is the customer's responsibility to review product ingredients before purchase.

9. Customer Accounts

If you create an account on our store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

10. Prohibited Use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmetics Compounding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing any legal action.
