We ship all across Pakistan and internationally. For international shipping, rates vary by destination. Contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Islamabad / Rawalpindi: 2-3 business days
  • Punjab (other cities): 2-5 business days
  • Rest of Pakistan: 3-7 business days

These are estimates. Delays may occur due to law & order situations in the region, courier load, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.) These are beyond our control and we cannot be held liable for such delays.

Shipping Charges Calculated at checkout based on order weight. Rates may change due to fuel price fluctuations. The rate shown at checkout is always the final applicable rate.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. You'll receive a tracking ID with a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer (Advance Payment) -- preferred
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Missed or Refused Deliveries Our courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If you refuse delivery, your account will be flagged and future orders will require advance payment. If all delivery attempts are missed, we can re-deliver. Additional charges may apply.

Damaged Orders Courier mishandling does happen in Pakistan. If your order arrives damaged due to a fault on our end, we'll offer a replacement. Replacement eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Changes to Orders Once an order is placed, changes to the order or delivery address may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
